General office Staff

For this position a person should be cheerful, quick to learn, neat in appearance, excellent people skills, and have the ability to follow directions well from their supervisor.

The prime responsibilities would be as follows;

1. Handling the incoming telephone traffic.

2. Scheduling service or sales calls with potential Customers.

3. General filing or clerical work.

4. Minor office maintenance such as routine cleaning.

A person who begins in this position would have several advancement opportunities with the most likely being inside or outside sales.

Installation technician

For this position a person should be cheerful, quick to learn, neat in appearance, and have the ability to follow directions well from their supervisor. You also should have electrical experience as well as a current Arkansas Journeyman electrical license. There are apprentice Technician positions available as well if you do not have a license. A valid drivers licenses is a must and your driving record must be clean!

The prime responsibilities would be as follows;

1. Installation of electrical systems.

2. Installation of Generator electrical systems and Transfer Switches.

3. Reconnecting circuits and loads as designed for proper operation.

4. Minor Warehouse maintenance such as routine cleaning.

A person who begins in this position would have several advancement opportunities with the most likely being a field installation supervisor, Service Technician, or outside sales.

Service and Repair Technician

For this position a person should be cheerful, quick to learn, neat in appearance, and have the ability to follow directions well from their supervisor. You also should have electrical experience as well as a current Arkansas Journeyman electrical license. There are apprentice Technician positions available as well if you do not have a license. A valid drivers licenses is a must and your driving record must be clean! Small engine training, as well as basic electrical theory, and electrical controls and trouble shooting would be required as well.

The prime responsibilities would be as follows;

1. Repair and servicing stationary generator systems on site.

2. Repair and servicing portable generator equipment in shop.

3. Service and repair electrical systems for buildings.

4. Minor office and vehicle maintenance.

A person who begins in this position would have several advancement opportunities with the most likely being quality control supervisor, inside sales or outside sales.

Outside Sales

For this position a person should be cheerful, quick to learn, neat in appearance, and have the ability to follow directions well from their supervisor. This person must be self motivated and have excellent people skills. You should have a through understanding of construction techniques, electrical systems, and basic electricity. A valid drivers licenses is a must and your driving record must be clean!

The prime responsibilities would be as follows;

1. Develop new customers.

2. Follow leads developed from the office.

3. Design the generator systems and price accordingly.

4. Consult with the potential customer to deliver the system they want.

5. Over see the installation after the sell to insure the final quality.

6. Minor office and vehicle maintenance.

A person who begins in this position would have several advancement opportunities with the most likely being an area sales manager or future branch office manager.
